Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the Card Fraud team, responsible for reviewing and assessing alerted transactions on cards that seem suspicious or deviate from the customer's regular spending patterns. Your main task will involve interacting with customers to address these alerts, primarily through phone calls, based on messages or emails regarding potential fraudulent activities. Key Responsibilities: - Review and evaluate suspicious or inconsistent card transactions. - Handle both inbound and outbound customer communication concerning suspected fraud cases. - Investigate customer responses to fraud alerts and take necessary actions. - Ensure a professional and empathetic customer experience while dealing with fraud-related matters. Qualification Required: - Minimum 3 years of telephony experience, preferably in fraud or financial crime investigations. - Demonstrated experience in managing international customers, particularly Australian clientele. - Strong communication skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations. - Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Background in fraud detection, financial services, or risk management. - Familiarity with card fraud processes and transaction monitoring systems.,
