Analyst

Responsibilities may include:

• Quality check of all dashboards to ensure visualization and metrices / custom metrices.
• Work with our relationship managers to ensure surveys and dashboards are running efficiently while leveraging best practices and standardization.
• Co-partner with other COE platform management teams (Qualtrics and Cornerstone) to drive the issue management process.

6-9 years experience required

Required skills / Qualifications:

• Familiarity with survey platforms like Qualtrics and data analysis tools like Hive is preferred.
• Prior Coding Experience-Java script, JQuery, HTML, CSS and Python expertise is preferred.
• Ability to take direction to drive deliverables and achieve results within a tight timeframe.
• Comfortable in a fast-pace, unstructured, and highly competitive environment.
• Detail-orientation with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability and willingness to work with partners across time zones and in several different countries and markets.
