ANALYST II, TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS

As an Ad Operations specialist at Walmart Global Tech in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and setting up campaigns in WMC Owned and Operated platforms to ensure flawless execution. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting campaign insights, ensuring ads are displayed correctly to prevent a negative customer experience, and optimizing ad serving platforms/tools for campaign success. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction on programmatic and direct campaigns - Manage day-to-day deliverables for ad campaigns on company-owned properties and external distribution platforms - Maintain high standards of campaign fulfillment and execute campaigns by trafficking ads to WMC properties - Build creative in an ad server using third party tags and activate ads after assigning the appropriate creative - Provide status updates to key global partners and complete ad server/campaign audits using checklists for accuracy - Ensure functionality and accuracy of creative by assigning to test pages and conduct security scanning of orders for compliance Qualifications Required: - B.E. or B.Tech. degree in Computer Science or equivalent field - Excellent articulation and communication skills - 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations domain - Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including PST hours - Strong familiarity with ad serving technologies, platforms, and tools with hands-on experience - Hands-on knowledge of at least one ads tool such as Google Ad Manager, Google AdWords, Tradedesk, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, or Pinterest Ads At Walmart Global Tech, you will have the opportunity to contribute to innovations that impact millions of people and be part of a human-led disruption in the retail industry.
