Job Description

Design and maintain accessible, reliable dashboards using governed KPIs from the enterprise registry.
Translate business definitions of KPIs into accurate technical logic for implementation and reporting.
Enforce data quality standards and governance processes across KPI reporting workflows.
Manage the full lifecycle of dashboards, including development, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement.
Monitor and measure performance indicators such as data quality, data incidents, resolution rates, catalog completeness, and service-level adherence.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Data Management, Information Systems, or related field.
Advanced experience with Business Intelligence tools, including Power BI and Tableau, for building interactive, drill-through, and parameterized dashboards.
Strong foundation in analytics and dashboard design, with a focus on usability, performance optimization, and visual clarity.
Expertise in data reconciliation, ensuring technical outputs align with business-defined KPIs and metrics.
Proven ability to manage performance aspects of BI solutions, including model size optimization, query reduction, aggregation strategies, and visual efficiency.
Ability to translate business requirements into KPI calculation logic and data sourcing requirements.
Experience managing KPI definitions and metadata in a KPI registry or other tools
Proficient in SQL and metadata querying for data validation and transformation.
Strong communication skills to present KPI results to both technical and business audiences
