Job Description

As a Business Analyst in the Sales Strategy & Intelligence function at General Mills Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting business teams across categories and retailers in Brazil. Your main responsibilities will include trade reconciliation, basic analysis, and turn-key reporting by mining data from multiple sources, harmonizing data, visualizing insights, and ensuring quality audit and documentation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Delivering Standard Reports: - Master monthly deliverables in the form of reports & presentations, providing high-quality output in a timely manner - Develop business and trade knowledge to conceptualize R&A and create valuable reports from scratch - Upgrade monthly deliverables based on business requirements, ideate complex fixes, and generate efficient reports - Manage databases in Portuguese language, tracking KPIs by Store/SKU and providing analysis - Delivering Adhoc Requests | Building Reports from scratch: - Create templates with dynamic dashboards and visuals, adapting products/markets/time frames as needed - Provide analysis on reports and identify gaps/opportunities, communicating findings in Portuguese to key stakeholders - Technical Expertise: - Learn and apply intermediate/advanced MS Excel, SAP, Nielsen, etc. - Establish a robust audit system for all reporting activities - Undergo recommended and self-initiated refresher trainings to stay updated on tool dynamics and their applications - Continuous Improvement and Executional Excellence: - Uphold TAT through process awareness, meeting benchmark time estimates, and setting clear expectations with stakeholders - Ensure data quality and accuracy by understanding requests, applying tools accurately, and conducting thorough data & logic checks - Contribute to Functional Productivity Goals by eliminating waste and optimizing processes **Qualification Required:** - **Education:** - Minimum Degree: Bachelors - Preferred Degree: Bachelors/Masters; Portuguese Language Expert - Preferred Major Area Of Study: Any Stream (preferably Business Management, Statistics, Marketing, Retail) - **Experience:** - Minimum 2 years of relevant Business Reporting or Analytics experience in CPG (or related) industry - Preferred 2 - 4 years of relevant Business Reporting and/or Analytics experience - Language Expertise in Portuguese is mandatory - Strong attention to detail, ability to complete tasks accurately and meet timelines - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and multitasking ability - Experience with market data analysis tools, preferably ACNielsen and IRI data,
