Role Overview: You will be a part of the PMO & Governance team at Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, based in Pune. Your role will involve working on various IT PMO & Governance activities and initiatives to ensure the smooth functioning of IT processes and compliance with governance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Work on various IT PMO & Governance initiatives, including IT Change Management processes - Handle IT Incident Management by resolving incidents within target SLAs and MTTRs - Conduct IT Governance Quality Reviews and Emergency Access Reviews - Collaborate with and support various IT functions in the area of IT PMO & Governance - Assist in IT Audits by supporting audit activities - Prepare MIS Reporting & IT Dashboards - Support IT Project Management by documenting policies and procedures, managing SAP Change Management Process, conducting project reviews, and managing resources effectively Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Proven experience in IT PMO & Governance activities - Strong understanding of IT Change Management processes and Incident Management - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and support various IT functions - Familiarity with IT Audit processes and MIS Reporting - Knowledge of IT Project Management practices, including documentation and resource management (Note: Any additional details of the company provided in the job description have been omitted as per your request),
