Job Description

The Sr. Analyst - International Voice Process position involves providing customer service support through inbound calls, outbound calls, or online channels as required by clients. The primary responsibility is to resolve routine problems related to client products or services. Key responsibilities include ensuring that service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), understanding customer requirements, utilizing decision-support tools for resolution, and maintaining basic knowledge of client offerings. The role also involves listening to customer needs, showing empathy, and building rapport, as well as offering additional products and services. The ideal candidate should have skills in INBOUND & OUTBOUND VOICE, INBOUND CALL, INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS, CHAT PROCESS, and TROUBLESHOOTING IN CISCO.
