Job Description

Your job will be as a Global Freight Settlement Analyst at the Supply Chain CoE team, supporting the Global Freight Settlement function. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of freight invoices, identify improvements, and enhance global transportation cost visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring accurate setup of transportation rate tables and master tables in CTSI for freight invoice processing and audits - Collaborating with Regional Logistics Managers/reps to resolve freight invoices in Exception Handling (EH) - Proactively identifying root causes of issues and implementing improvements to reduce invoices in EH - Responding to queries from internal customers and freight forwarders, providing clear communication and solutions - Developing transportation cost reports and supporting analytics for enhanced visibility - Writing and revising training documentation to ensure efficient process understanding - Providing guidance and training to stakeholders as needed - Meeting targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for process efficiency - Understanding and contributing to Principle-Based Management (PBM), Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S Management Systems - Performing other related duties as assigned by management - Potential for career growth into a leadership role as a team lead Qualifications required for the role: - Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, accounting, finance, or a related field - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in freight audit processes or logistics functions - Fluency in written and spoken English - Expert knowledge in Excel and Access databases - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly related to freight cost and logistics - Effective communication skills across diverse teams - Ability to learn functional processes and workflows quickly - Capability of managing workload autonomously, organizing tasks, and meeting deadlines Desirable qualifications that will put you ahead include experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry, familiarity with different cultures and working in global teams, and prior experience with transportation or logistics management systems.
