You will play a vital role as a key player in various regional markets, actively making market, structure, originate, innovate, and distribute a wide range of products to contribute to the overall success of the team and the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Origination and execution of Debt Capital Market products such as Pass Through Certificates, INR debentures, FCY bonds, FCCBs, and private credit to contribute towards team KPIs. - Taking care of all internal and external compliances and coordinating for team audit activities. - Being an active part of team strategy building and managing special projects awarded from time to time. **Qualifications Required:** - 4 to 6 years of work experience in INR debt capital markets/securitization, credit structuring, debt advisory, etc. - Prior experience in structuring and executing PTC transactions. - Experience in using Excel sheets for asset portfolio stress testing using historical pool behavior. - Basic understanding of debt finance, financial analysis, covenants, and bond mathematics. - Good presentation and communication skills with a strong hold over MS PowerPoint/MS Excel.
