Analyst - FP&A - US shift

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support business decisions. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, and provide variance analysis. Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial insights to drive decision-making. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and provide recommendations to support business initiatives. Preferred candidate profile CA/ ICWA with 2-5 years of work experience. Experience in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting. Candidates with prior experience of GCC and US time shift will be given preference. Proficient in financial modeling, Excel and basic knowledge of SAP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate financial insights to stakeholders. US time shift (CST).
