Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Support Specialist at Wipro Limited, your role is crucial in providing effective technical support to the process and actively resolving client issues either directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs. You will be responsible for managing transactions as per required quality standards, fielding incoming help requests from clients via telephone and emails, documenting all pertinent end user information, updating availability in the RAVE system, resolving client queries as per defined SLAs, and maintaining internal knowledge bases to aid in effective problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Support the process by managing transactions as per required quality standards - Field all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner - Document all pertinent end user identification information - Update own availability in the RAVE system - Record, track, and document all queries received - Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve client queries - Access and maintain internal knowledge bases for effective problem resolution - Document and analyze call logs to prevent future problems - Maintain and update self-help documents for customers - Deliver excellent customer service through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting - Provide product support and resolution to clients - Troubleshoot all client queries in a user-friendly, courteous, and professional manner - Maintain logs and records of all customer queries - Accurately process and record all incoming calls and emails - Offer alternative solutions to clients when appropriate - Organize ideas and effectively communicate oral messages - Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers for feedback Qualifications Required: - Ability to provide excellent customer service and technical support - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of product details to facilitate client interaction and troubleshooting - Ability to maintain logs and records of customer queries - Proficiency in using designated tracking software - Willingness to enroll in product-specific and other trainings as required - Capacity to update job knowledge through self-learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks Additional Company Details: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions to address clients" complex digital transformation needs.
