Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analyst to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain complex data models and reports to support business decisions.
Analyze large datasets to extract insights and trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Communicate findings and results to stakeholders through clear and concise reports.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as Excel or SQL.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
