Incident management / Technical SupportProvide 2nd level support for DPM Suite solutions and act as a subject matter expert Coordinate resolution of Incidents for DPM Suite, ensure incidents are raised via the correct process ensure escalation to correct resolver group or resolve where applicable if providing 2nd Line support. Track Incidents and keep Users up to date on progress and ensuring adequate reporting and updates | Incident SLA managed to agreed levels consistently Customer Satisfaction levels remain high |
