Analyst (DG App Support)

As an Analyst at our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and timely delivery of multiple tasks efficiently within agreed SLAs and timelines. You will provide support to KPMG Global application users worldwide in a 24/7 operational window. Your role will involve coordinating between various local and international teams to provide effective resolutions to the users. It is essential for you to perform both as a team player and an individual contributor based on business requirements. The ideal candidate for this role should be flexible and willing to work in different shifts, including night shifts. You should possess a proactive attitude and be eager to work in a highly dynamic environment. A good understanding of computer systems along with intermediate knowledge in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required. Previous working experience in Share Point and/or ServiceNow would be considered an added advantage. Strong written communication skills in English and good analytical abilities are also essential for this position.,
