Analyst

You will be joining our Last Mile team as an Associate/Sr. Associate, utilizing your strong skills in SQL and Python to design and build dashboards that offer actionable insights to facilitate business decisions. The role requires an analytical and detail-oriented individual who is enthusiastic about transforming raw data into compelling visual narratives. Your responsibilities will involve developing, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards through business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker. You will be expected to write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and analysis from relational databases, as well as utilize Python for data cleaning, transformation, and basic automation tasks. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to comprehend data requirements and deliver meaningful visualizations will be a crucial aspect of your role. Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data in reports, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities from data, and effectively communicating findings are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should possess proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregations, and window functions, along with experience in Python for data processing using Pandas and NumPy. Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools like Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio is essential. Strong data visualization and storytelling skills are highly valued, as well as the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions. A basic understanding of statistics or business metrics would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is required for this role.,
