Analyst - Data Analytics

As a member of the American Express Enterprise Digital Experimentation & Analytics (EDEA) team in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the Digital Membership Experiences across Web & App channels. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering strategic analytics focused on Digital Membership experiences to enhance Customer experiences. - Defining and establishing key KPIs to monitor the performance and success of the acquisition journey. - Supporting the development of new products and capabilities. - Providing insights and learnings from experiments to optimize the customer journey. - Developing a deep functional understanding of enterprise-wide product capabilities and associated platforms. - Conducting in-depth strategic analysis by mining digital activity data and AXP closed-loop data. Qualifications Required: - Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science. - Strong programming skills, preferably with experience in Big Data programming languages like Hive, Spark, Python, and SQL. - Experience in large data processing and data science understanding is a plus. - Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills to engage, influence, and encourage partners for collaboration.
