Job Description

Your role as a member of the India Claims processing team involves supporting daily operational tasks related to claims processing, order management, and customer communication. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting basic claims processing tasks such as documentation verification and coordination for credit/debit note issuance, under guidance. - Assisting with order management activities and coordinating customer service across internal teams. - Collaborating with sales and finance teams to facilitate timely resolution of customer issues. - Following up on standard issues related to pricing, billing, and delivery discrepancies. - Maintaining customer-related data and assisting with periodic reporting. - Escalating process delays or recurring issues to the appropriate team leads. - Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines. - Contributing to maintaining data accuracy in ERP and CRM systems. - Participating in process improvement discussions as needed. In addition, you are required to demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. Qualifications required for this role are: - Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline. - Experience: 3-4 years of experience in supply chain finance, claims support, or order processing; prior exposure to SAP or Salesforce is a plus. - Good communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach. - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Willingness to learn and grow in a structured, process-driven environment. - Familiarity with business English for written and verbal communication.
