Analyst/Sr Analyst - Complaince & Servicing

Work Location Bengaluru Office

Bangalore Work from Office Only

Shift Night shift

Experience 2 to 6 yrs (within our provided CTC)

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly
reconciliations
to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and records.
Evaluate and manage
cash management
and
payment services
, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Research and resolve inquiries related to
loan payoffs
and other servicing activities.
Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance reconciliation efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of
2 years of experience
in
mortgage servicing operations
or a
reconciliation-focused role
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional
attention to detail
.
Excellent
communication
and
interpersonal abilities
.
Proven ability to
manage multiple tasks and priorities
in a deadline-driven environment.
Proficient in evaluating and resolving issues related to
cash management
and
payment processing
.
Demonstrates
critical thinking
and adaptability in a dynamic team setting.
Willingness to work
night shifts
and in an
office-based environment
