As an Analyst in the Compliance department at GLG, based in Gurugram, India, you will play a crucial role in developing strong business skills such as time management, prioritization, communication, negotiation, problem solving, and project management. You will be part of a global team of over 70 professionals dedicated to revolutionizing professional learning and upholding core values like learning, curiosity, responsibility, courage, judgment, fresh perspective, service, and integrity. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct screening of expert profiles and background to ensure completeness, accuracy, appropriateness, and consistency. - Perform in-depth research on identified issues using proprietary databases and public domain sources. - Collaborate with global compliance team members to provide real-time support and guidance. - Identify, assess, manage, and report risks in a timely manner. - Conduct investigations, including potential financial crime cases. - Make decisions and recommendations on actions related to compliance issues. - Respond promptly and accurately to business requests regarding compliance. **Qualifications Required:** - Postgraduate/Graduate with 0 to 1 years of experience in risk advisory, due diligence, or compliance preferred. - Experience in Financial Services crime and banking related fraud is advantageous. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. - Excellent Internet-based research skills; familiarity with investigative tools is a plus. - Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and relationship-building across departments. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
