Job Description

Role Overview: As an Analyst in the Salesforce Services Operations Systems & Tools Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the systematic functionality of various tools used by the Services organization. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with Services personnel, Salesforce operational teams, Digital Technology, and other cross-functional partners to ensure the smooth operation of Salesforce applications and tools. This position is highly collaborative and strategic, making it ideal for individuals with a strong systems mindset and a passion for driving operational efficiency through cross-functional partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and support a suite of Salesforce applications and tools focused on project and resource management. - Analyze current systems and workflows to identify gaps and propose enhancements aligned with business objectives. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by planning, executing, tracking issues, and validating business requirements. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, coordinate testing efforts, and communicate results effectively. - Analyze and interpret complex data sets within and outside Salesforce to inform decision-making. - Contribute to the configuration and development of custom applications and tools to improve team productivity. - Provide general administrative and operational support to partner teams as required. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of three years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, demonstrating strong technical proficiencies. - Salesforce Admin and Advanced Admin Certifications would be beneficial. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively while working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. - Highly motivated, adaptable, and innovative mindset with a commitment to quality and eagerness to learn new concepts and technologies. - Fundamental understanding of cloud computing principles and the Salesforce product suite. - Familiarity with CRM systems and data management practices. - Flexibility, positive attitude, and ability to adapt swiftly in dynamic organizational environments.
