Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 0 to 1 year of post-qualification experience to join our team as an Analyst in the Risk Management division, located in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in risk management principles and practices. ### Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks. Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide expert advice on risk management best practices to clients. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in risk management. Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Strong understanding of business processes, financial products, market risk management, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel outside of assigned office location at least 50% of the time.
