Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 0 to 1 year of post-qualification experience to join our team as an Analyst in CHS, Business Consulting Risk-CNS, located in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, financial products, market risk management, and regulatory requirements. ### Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide services across multiple client departments. Develop and implement practical solutions to complex problems using agile and curious approaches. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver insightful solutions. Participate in process improvements and contribute to the development of new methodologies. Analyze data and identify trends to inform business decisions. Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress and outcomes. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Strong understanding of systems delivery lifecycles and delivery methodologies. In-depth knowledge of business processes, financial products, market risk management, and regulatory requirements. Ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders. Practical problem-solving skills and ability to deliver insightful solutions. Strong analytical and communication skills.
