Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Public Domain Investigative Research

Conduct comprehensive open-source intelligence (OSINT) research on individuals and entities using public databases, regulatory filings, litigation records, and media sources.
Analyze corporate structures, ownership details, legal disputes, reputational risks, and regulatory compliance.
Identify and assess red flags that may impact client decisions or pose reputational risks.

Reporting & Strategic Advisory

Prepare detailed due diligence reports to support investment decisions, mergers, acquisitions, and compliance reviews.

Provide insights into business practices, market reputation, regulatory standing, and international watchlist exposure.

Contribute to deal execution across industries.

Maintain quality across deliverables

Complete ownership towards client assignments to ensure that all internal challenges are overcome, and all issues are proactively escalated to the engagement in-charge.

Excellent attention to detail and management of sensitive information

Professional Growth & Brand Representation

Uphold KPMGs values and contribute to enhancing the firms brand through high-quality work.
Demonstrate ethical conduct and maintain confidentiality in all engagements.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Law, International Relations, Journalism, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in investigative research, due diligence, or corporate intelligence.
Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise reports.
Familiarity with public databases, litigation trackers, and media monitoring tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
