Job Description

Role Overview: As an Onboarding Professional, you will be responsible for supervising, enabling, and partnering with the Onboarding Team. Your role will involve interacting with key stakeholders across the business and participating in a strategic team focused on driving changes and improving internal and external systems and processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Onboarding team to deliver a high-quality onboarding experience to enhance the New Hire Experience. Key Responsibilities: - Foster an inclusive culture in all aspects of work life - Build positive relationships throughout the firm - Maintain strong working relationships with internal line of business, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow - Engage in System Enhancement testing, project implementation, and new business initiatives - Drive efficiency in current processes, identify gaps, and suggest improvement ideas for better efficiency and effectiveness - Ensure accurate reviews and escalate issues in a timely manner - Analyze errors, take timely action, and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis with strong prevention controls - Ensure all onboarding activities are completed smoothly and on time - Develop approaches to monitor the pulse and identify any barriers for new hire onboarding experience - Comprehend strategic directions set by senior leadership - Communicate team goals and deliverables effectively - Drive performance through Performance Management Systems and capability building interventions - Handle People Management, Conflict Management, Internal Assessments, and leave Planning Qualifications Required: - Strong partnership abilities - Ability to handle a high level of complexity in workload and flexibility to shift priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment - Knowledge of Human Resource Administration principles and practices - Adaptable, flexible approach to problem-solving with a can-do attitude - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Result-oriented with high integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and quality standards,
