Role Overview: As an associate in Walmart's Health & Wellness Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and growth in healthcare services. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of the Health & Wellness division, ensuring a seamless integration of retail and clinical services, including the pharmacy, optical, vision, and dental care services provided by Walmart. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the daily operations of the Health & Wellness division to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery. - Work towards the growth and expansion of healthcare services, focusing on operational excellence. - Collaborate with a team of 55 associates, currently distributed between the USA and India, with plans for team expansion in India. - Utilize expertise in Coding, Account Receivable, Cash Posting, and Ancillary business to support backend operations. - Uphold Walmart's commitment to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare services that enhance customer well-being. - Thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive results under pressure. - Engage with stakeholders at all levels through strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to support decision-making processes. - Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education. - Experience: Proven experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in Hospital or Pharmacy operations. - Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and methodologies.
