ANALYST, ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE

Join Walmart's dynamic Health & Wellness Operations Team as an associate and play a key role in driving the operational excellence and growth of healthcare services. As an associate in this position, you will oversee and optimize the daily operations of the Health & Wellness division, ensuring seamless integration of retail and clinical services. Walmart has its own Pharmacy that deals with Optical, Vision & Dental care. The team consists of a total of 55 associates, with 45 based in the USA and 10 in India currently, with plans to expand the team in India soon. The team offers expertise in Coding, Account Receivable, Cash Posting, and Ancillary business (backend operations). As an associate, you will be responsible for managing healthcare operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, although relevant work experience may substitute for formal education. Proven experience in healthcare operations management, with a background in Hospital or Pharmacy operations, is highly preferred. Key qualifications include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure. The position offers a hybrid work model with a primary in-office presence and virtual collaboration.
