Job Description

Formulation, ideation, and implementation of workflow systems Data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements. Identify issues and make recommendations based on impact of new/emerging technology or modifications to existing systems. Translate business requirements into technical requirements. Formulate and define system scope and objective based on user needs and understanding of business processes. Develop, write, and communicate systems design and functional systems. Analyze customers systems to understand strengths and weaknesses for the identification of opportunities for improvements. Develop system test cases and validate test results during testing. Analyze testing results to ensure the solution meets the needs of the business. Document system modifications Support effort to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. Escalates issues as appropriate. Coach and transfer knowledge to less experienced team members.
