Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Review alerts generated from
CDD/EDD KYC Refresh
and
Transaction Monitoring
queues
Analyze customer activity to determine whether transactions are
legitimate or suspicious
Perform in-depth investigations using
internal systems and external research tools
Conduct initial and ongoing analysis of
customer profiles and transactional behavior
Identify
suspicious or unusual transactions
, non-compliant activities, and elevated AML risks
Assess risk indicators and
decide on alert/case escalation
based on reasonable suspicion
Accurately document investigation findings, rationale, and decisions for alert closure or escalation
Ensure
timely closure of non-suspicious alerts
in accordance with SLAs
Maintain
high quality standards
while complying with AML regulations, internal policies, and procedures

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in
KYC CDD / EDD reviews
Practical experience in
Transaction Monitoring / Transaction Reviews
Solid understanding of
AML regulations, risk indicators, and red flags
Excellent
analytical, documentation, and decision-making
skills
Prior experience in
banking or financial services compliance environments
