Job Description

Oversee all civil engineering aspects of wind power projects, from detailed design review and site preparation to the construction of wind turbine foundations, heavy haul roads, substations, and other Balance of Plant (BOP) civil works.
Review and analyze civil designs, drawings, and specifications for wind projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Evaluate and optimize wind turbine foundation designs in coordination with geotechnical and turbine supplier requirements.
Manage complex civil construction activities under challenging site conditions, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Ensure proper rebar placement, concrete quality control, curing, and compliance with design specifications during foundation and infrastructure construction.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures for civil works, conducting inspections and material testing to maintain detailed quality records.
