AM/DM - SAFETY COMPONENT TEST LAB TESTING

As a team member responsible for managing Project Management Activities, you will be involved in the planning and execution of development and homologation test requirements. Your key responsibilities will include executing testing activities as per the established plan and conducting thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying issues. You will also be involved in crash model development and will collaborate closely with the CAE and design teams to validate and implement results, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the process. In addition to your technical/functional competencies, which include experience in Vehicle Component Safety (Lab Testing) and proficiency in conducting lab testing for various vehicle components related to safety, you should have specific expertise in tests such as seat belt anchorage, head form impact, bumper, and interior fitting tests. Your awareness of passive safety regulations and homologation requirements for passenger vehicles, including knowledge of standards such as IS 15139, IS 15904, IS 15223, UNR14, R12, R21, will be crucial in this role. Moreover, practical experience using UG (Unigraphics) software, a popular CAD/CAM/CAE tool in the automotive industry, will be beneficial.
