AM/DM- Program Management

Role Overview: As a Single point of contact between design and other stake holders, you will be responsible for preparing schedule from concept till 100% CAD release including major milestones. You will engage in discussions with Body/CAE/CFD/Interior teams for optimization of time and design quality. Your role will involve understanding milestones and aligning schedules with MSIL & SMC process. Monitoring and controlling schedules will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in the monitoring of manhours and direct costs of entrusted projects. Key Responsibilities: - Drafting and designing schedules of Design programs such as Exterior, Interior, CMF, and Accessory schedules. - Coordinating with Management and SMC for Design signoff. - Participating in DIMs to represent design-related concerns. Qualification Required: - B.Tech/M.Tech - Knowledge of vehicle development process from concept till SOP is desirable.
