AM/DM- Part Arrangement, Development & Logistics

As an experienced professional in the Automobile industry, you will be responsible for sourcing and developing automobile parts. Your role will involve conducting techno-commercial assessments of supplier proposals, managing the ordering and scheduling of parts, raw materials, and consumables, as well as overseeing the packaging and logistics for raw materials and parts. Your key responsibilities will also include ensuring the quality management of procured parts. To succeed in this role, you should possess a sound understanding of automobile part sourcing and development, along with basic knowledge of various manufacturing processes within the Automobile industry. Additionally, you will be required to have expertise in import and export logistics, supplier handling, negotiation skills, and effective communication with both internal customers and suppliers. Furthermore, your role will entail project management, execution, and monitoring, as well as knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO/TS. Budget planning, inventory management, and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the Passenger Vehicle or 2Wheeler industry, focusing on procurement, development, logistics, and project management, are essential for this position. To qualify for this role, you should hold a B.E. / B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
