AM/DM, New Music (Tamil & Malyalam)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying, scouting, and onboarding emerging and established artists in the non-film music space of Tamil & Malayalam. Your role will involve conceptualizing and commissioning original singles & albums, collaborating with Composers, lyricists, Singers, and Music producers to develop creative concepts, and managing end-to-end production from song conceptualization to release. Additionally, you will coordinate with various stakeholders for timely project delivery, ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards, work on release strategies and PR campaigns, and stay updated on digital trends and audience engagement data to achieve return on investment.
