Key Accountabilities

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and excel and Power Point.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Operational

Manage CRM and MIS Integration:

Oversee the integration of CRM data with systems.
Ensure seamless data flow and consistency between CRM and systems.

Data Management and Analysis:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM and MIS systems.
Analyze customer data to generate actionable insights for business strategies.

Reporting and Dashboard Creation:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.

Support Regional Teams:

Assist regional MIS teams with CRM and MIS-related queries.
Provide training and support on using CRM and MIS tools effectively.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance CRM and MIS processes.
Implement automation solutions to streamline workflows.

Collaboration with Departments:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure alignment of CRM and MIS initiatives.
Coordinate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
