AM/DM - Crash & Safety CAE

As a Crash CAE Simulation & Evaluation role, you will be responsible for preparing full vehicle models using HYPERMESH/ ANSA/PRIMER. Your main task will involve conducting full vehicle simulations utilizing LS-DYNA software. Additionally, you will be engaged in model optimization and robustness activities using tools such as Diffcrash, Mode Frontier, LS-OPT. It will be your duty to interpret results using LS-Pre Post/ Hyperview/ Hyper Graph and prepare detailed reports. You are expected to correlate the simulation outcomes with physical tests and enhance the CAE methodology. To excel in this position, you should possess technical proficiency in vehicle/BIW model setup for crash CAE using Hymermesh and have experience in analyzing and developing countermeasures in compliance with regulations/NCAP of domestic/export destinations. A solid understanding of sheet metal & plastic part design, knowledge of AIS Safety Regulations, NCAP protocols, and experience in system level/ full vehicle simulations are essential. Your role will involve debugging models in the LS-DYNA environment, interpreting results, post-processing the deck, collaborating with CAE engineers, and implementing design modifications based on CAE inputs. You should be skilled in interpreting and comprehending FEA results, preparing comprehensive analysis reports, and proposing countermeasures to achieve performance targets. Exposure to physical test procedures and the ability to comprehend physical test results will be advantageous. To qualify for this position, you should hold a BE/B.Tech degree.,
