As a Crash CAE Simulation & Evaluation role, you will be responsible for preparing full vehicle models using HYPERMESH/ ANSA/PRIMER. To excel in this position, you should possess technical proficiency in vehicle/BIW model setup for crash CAE using Hymermesh and have experience in analyzing and developing countermeasures in compliance with regulations/NCAP of domestic/export destinations. A solid understanding of sheet metal & plastic part design, knowledge of AIS Safety Regulations, NCAP protocols, and experience in system level/ full vehicle simulations are essential. Your role will involve debugging models in the LS-DYNA environment, interpreting results, post-processing the deck, collaborating with CAE engineers, and implementing design modifications based on CAE inputs. You should be skilled in interpreting and comprehending FEA results, preparing comprehensive analysis reports, and proposing countermeasures to achieve performance targets.
