As a CAE Engineer/ Analyst specializing in Strength & Durability, you will play a crucial role in evaluating Vehicle Strength & Durability through CAE modeling and analysis. Your responsibilities will include mesh discretization, assembly, constraint & load setting for automotive subsystems, particularly components related to Body & Chassis Structure & Closures. You will be responsible for conducting Strength & Durability analysis for both Linear & Non-Linear cases, interpreting results, identifying failure modes, and providing recommendations for countermeasures to meet performance criteria. Documenting results, communicating with stakeholders such as design and testing teams, and collaborating with Testing teams for failure analysis and improvements will be essential aspects of your role. Your technical competencies should include a strong understanding of Strength of Materials, Machine design, and Fatigue, along with knowledge of Finite Element Analysis in the Body Structures & Closures CAE domain.
