AM/DM Corporate Health & Safety

As a Safety Leader in the leading Manufacturing Organization, your role involves providing effective leadership in Corporate Safety. You will be responsible for formulating and implementing process standards to ensure a safe working environment. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing Safety Systems and Risk Management programmes to achieve objectives aligned with the company's strategic business goals. - Building meaningful inferences from data collected across sites to enhance safety measures. - Providing Safety support for innovation projects as required, in alignment with the business plan. In terms of technical accountabilities, you are expected to have: - Professional knowledge of Safety aspects. - Good written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively at all levels. - Proficiency in computer operation. - Expertise in Hazard Identification and Risk Management, Lock out tag out, Incident Investigation and Alert preparation, Permit to work, Safety module development, and Internal Audit. Operationally, you will be responsible for executing Safety plans in accordance with the business strategy to deliver excellence. Additionally, you will play a key role in building Safety Capability among Safety and Non-Safety professionals within the organization.,
