Ambulance Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi in Naraina Vihar for a Ambulance Coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for taking inbound calls for Ambulances, taking patient condition and dispatching the appropriate ambulance and tracking the calls while effectively communicating with customers. Additionally, the coordinator will play a role in sales activities that include negotiations with customers for ambulance queries.We are looking for candidates who are passionate for saving lives and want to grow in the medical field. Person needs to be quick and spontaneous in booking calls and dispatching them. He needs to ensure quality and response time in calls. Duty Shift:

Your shift will be rotated (Morning 8 -5, Evening 12 - 9, and Night 8:30pm to 8:30am)

Working

You shall be on probation for a period of 3 months from the date of joining thereafter the probation period may, at the sole discretion of the Management, it will be extended unless it would be confirmed in writing, you shall be deemed to be under probation during such period. Training period shall be of 15 days which shall include:-1. Ambulance mapping and locations understanding2. Types of Ambulances3. How to converse with patients4. How to book, negotiate and coordinate Ambulance calls5. Ambulance call feedback 6. Handover/takeover of bookings, ongoing calls and schedule calls

7. Usage of software for calling, booking, dispatching and tracking of ambulance

Qualifications

Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills

Excellent communication skills

Experience in sales or a customer-oriented role

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Empathy and compassion towards customers

Ability to work well under pressure and in emergency situations

Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a related field is desirable

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
