Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include onboarding clients on the SaaS platform, tracking product usage, analyzing customer data, providing strategic advice, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role will involve close collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer needs are anticipated and met.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Experience of working with Amazon Ads Agency as a team lead
• Experience of working with US / EU clients
• Written and Spoken proficiency in English
