The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of seller account operations on various amazon,etsy ,walmart and other marketplaces worldwide.

We are looking for an Amazon E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our Seller Central operations with Amazon Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, bullet points, and variations.
• Creating and optimizing A+ content and product listings
• Coordinating and managing FBA shipments
• Ensuring Buy Box placement for all listed products
• Handle bulk listing updates and uploads via Excel/Flat Files on Amazon Seller Central, Websites. ( usa, uk , au,sg, jp, ae,)
• Manage inventory levels and ensure products remain in stock.
• Set up and manage discounts, coupons, and promotional offers.
• Process and manage Amazon order files/reports for smooth order fulfillment and tracking.
• Monitor listing performance, pricing accuracy, and compliance with Amazon guidelines.
• Review competitor listings and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/operations team for returns and customer issues.
• Processing orders and managing fulfillment
• Handling returns and processing refunds
• Managing seller ratings and customer reviews
• additional office responsiblity like manage jewelry production time line and cordinate with factory and shipping company for timely deliver of products

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, order file processing).
• Strong skills in bulk Excel operations and flat file uploads.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Good written English for product content updates.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Amazon Ads experience required for this role.
