Roles and Responsibilities-

You will be responsible for product listing, Order Process, planning, organizing, directing, and improving all day-to-day business operations of the company. The scope of the role includes overseeing the following areas: · Listing & updating/Optimization products on various sales channels. · Interacting/coordinating with vendors/manufacturers to collate content data Identifying and correcting errors/complaints on the catalog · Manage Product catalogue (10k+ SKU) on various Online Marketplace such as pricing, Stock, Product title, product description, Price, Category) Constantly on the look to find out ways and means to simplify and improve work systems and processes to achieve better results Finds ways and methods to get the job done even when normal channels, materials and means do not work Communicating with customers via Emails regarding their online purchase Answer All customer Query related product Refund, Return , Order Status, Exchange · Assisting other team members as required

Skill Required:-

Familiarity with the USA/UK/Asia Market place will be an advantage. (Amazon, Overstock,etsy,Best Buy, Ebay, Newegg ) Strong working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel, Product listing tools software (Shopify/wordpress ) ,Must Know V-Lookup The ability to work under pressure, showing resilience, and the capability to juggle competing priorities. Detail orientated Analytical, Honest, Fast Learner, Happy, positive, and motivated team, Player Strong focus on safe working practices and genuine interest in ensuring a safe environment for all employees. Positive 'can do' attitude with high enthusiasm, a great work ethic, and a willingness to step up and do whatever it takes. Technical (Computers & Internet) savvy is required. Business acumen in areas of e-commerce and retail. Flexible and able to adapt to changing environments. Clear and professional written and oral communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent time management skills.

Strong computer literacy; the ability to learn and understand new software on the fly. Ability to take initiative and experiment while working within agreed boundaries. ·

Diploma/Degree in Computer , MCA, BCA, Graduation with Computer Course · course and education certificate in digital marketing and managment would be advantage for selection

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
