Compensation: Based on experience (paid monthly via GB Media)

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Amazon Ads Managers to join our Talent Hub — a curated pool of elite advertising specialists trusted by top-tier partner agencies across the globe.

Once you pass our multi-step vetting process, your profile and recorded interview will be featured on our Talent Hub, giving you exposure to multiple hiring agencies. These agencies can directly book interviews or make offers, and we handle all placement paperwork and monthly payroll on your behalf.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD, SBV, DSP)
• Conduct troubleshooting audits and bid strategy fixes
• Work with basic product upload workflows (images, content sync)
• Monitor performance KPIs like ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CVR
• Communicate with clients asynchronously or on weekly calls

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising
• Strong command of Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC, and campaign analytics
• Good working knowledge of basic catalog operations
• Confidence using bulk sheets and campaign manager dashboards
• Fast internet and stable WiFi connection
• Good-quality webcam and microphone (all interviews are recorded)
• Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones
