Create Implement ad strategies to increase eCommerce revenue. Handle, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Amazon/Flipkart. Maintain and monitor key metrics for 4-6 accounts. Optimize campaign performance to get better scale while maintaining ACoS. In-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for campaigns. Work cross-functionally with RD teams to understand new products and launch them on Amazon. Direct, handle and be able to generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other key metrics. Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results. Work closely with the other team members to meet goals. Be on top of the latest happenings and algorithm changes for the platform and implement the most cutting edge strategies for best-in-class results. Requirements Requirements: Experienced with Amazon Marketing including organic and paid marketing growth. An insatiable desire to win! A clear-minded approach to continuously and rapidly improve your skills so that you are amongst the best in ads management. Extreme interest in business results and their linkage to marketing tactics. You should be extremely interested in rapidly growing businesses via Digital advertising.
