Mandate Requirements –
HR Reporting
Working experience on HR data
Managing HR data
Analyzing and Creation of HR reports, Power Bi dashboards.
Setting up KRI’s for the HR team
Stakeholder management
Excellent Communication
Technical Skills – Advanced Excel.
People Management skills
Team Handling experience of 2-3 years
Team size – 2- 3 members
Should be able to function as an Individual Contributor as well.

Pay: Up to ₹1,350,000.00 per year
