As a Business Services Sales Representative, your role will involve building a strong client base and generating interest in our business services to drive continuous revenue growth. You will assess client needs and provide relevant solutions in a consultative manner. Your responsibilities will include: - Account Management: Offering ongoing client resources and support to outperform the competition. - Overseeing service issues and ensuring client satisfaction. - Receiving inquiries, preparing and following up on quotations to convert them into business. - Following up for timely execution of orders, coordinating with documentation for the timely realization of sales, handling complaints, and resolving issues. - Sales Coordination & Communication with Overseas agents.
