As an Area Manager Sales at Godrej Capital, your primary responsibility is to sell business loans and related products. You will need to plan and execute the business loan strategy on a monthly/quarterly basis to ensure goals are met. Working closely with support functions is essential for optimizing Turn Around Time (TAT) and service delivery. Your targets include sanctioning and disbursing files according to assigned quotas. Identifying potential channel partners that align with agreed profiles and business plans is crucial. You will be responsible for controlling, monitoring, and expanding the distribution network. Marketing, sales, and brand-building activities should be conducted to attract new customers. Maintaining customer engagement and managing relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) are key aspects to promote business loan products and develop a quality portfolio for Godrej Capital. Your qualifications should include an MBA/PGDBM with 1 to 3 years of experience in business loan sales. Essential skills for this role involve understanding the product and competition landscape, self-motivation, perseverance, financial acumen, relationship building, networking, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. In this role, you will be working as an individual contributor, leveraging your skills and experience to drive business loan sales and contribute to the growth of Godrej Capital.
