AM Sales and Distribution

In this role at HSBC Global Asset Management International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), you will have the opportunity to manage key focus distributors across Banks, work closely with Group Distribution entities, and build new distribution channels within the IFA segment. You will be responsible for developing new areas for business expansion, identifying potential counters to increase market share, and managing key institutional clients in the market. It is essential to demonstrate the right behaviors by conducting business ethically and living by HSBC values. Additionally, this role may require direct interaction with clients, so having the ability to promote, sell, and discuss markets with ease is crucial. Qualifications for this role include a good understanding of mutual fund products, strong selling skills, commercial acumen, good verbal and written communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a post-graduate degree with at least 6-10 years of experience, along with an AMFI certification. However, candidates with a passion for mutual fund sales are also encouraged to apply, even if they do not meet the exact experience or educational qualifications. Possessing an NISM certificate is a requirement for this role. Eligibility criteria state that AMIN employees can apply after completing 12 months in their current role at the time of application.
