Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Listen to and evaluate recorded sales calls to ensure adherence to scripts, compliance, and best practices Identify trends, training gaps, and areas for process improvement based on call reviews Ensure all deals are accurately tracked from opportunity to closure Validate and reconcile revenue data to support accurate forecasting and reporting Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure visibility and accuracy of pipeline metrics Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records in HubSpot and Uplevel Work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Training, and RevOps to enforce data hygiene practices Document QA procedures and help build a scalable framework for future audits Provide feedback and support in optimizing sales workflows and CRM automations Generate regular QA reports and summaries for internal stakeholder

Good to Have

3+ years experience in Sales QA
Excellent listening, analytical, and documentation skills High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication skills and ability to deliver constructive feedback Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting a fast-paced sales environment


Good to have: Strong familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot; knowledge of Uplevel is a plus
