1.NPI prove out of the component
2.Developing the manufacturing process from the Print
3.Identifying the areas of improvement and implementing innovative solutions
4.Part of the CFT and participate in RCCA
5.Creation of Manufacturing support documents, PPAP etc
6.Study of the Dwg and GD&T and closely working the Quality for the inspection startegy
7.Optimisation cycle time and CPC
8.Trouble shooting on the part and addressing the Quality issues
9.Supporting and guiding Production team
Diploma/BE/Btech Mechanical/Production/Aerospace
Knowledge and expertise of CAM programming in TopSolid/UG NX
NPI/machining experience
Knowledge of GD&T (ASME/ISO)
Safran Aircraft Engines
